Hello, i'm john!
Before being a realtor, I had over 18 years of experience in the corporate real estate sector. From working with companies such as Singtel, datacentres, real estate companies JLL, Google, and others, I was able to equip myself with well-rounded expertise in the different stages of real estate, ranging from development to construction asset management, portfolio management to property project management. I’m proud to say that these experiences have enabled me to empower my clients today.
In 2005, post-SARs, I took a bold decision to buy a private property before I turned 30, when many wouldn’t dare because I saw the potential of the property market. I had multiple purchases since then and even successfully identified and invested in an En-bloc. My best analysis was being able to spot and buy in a development that was eventually sold in a collective sale exercise, making a 7-figures gain.
The years of learning through experience have enabled me to create the REAL HENG framework that allows me to identify a property with the best potential suited for my clients. I have been helping my clients strategize their real estate property moves and plan for their retirement & investments.
I’m a strong believer in the saying: If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.
